I met Nelson, while looking for condos online. He discussed with me the areas I was interested in and then pricing in my budget. I looked at one with him and liked it a lot but then decided I didn’t like that area. He didn’t waver but instead searched out other possibilities in the area I wanted. Within a couple weeks we had it narrowed down to the one I wanted and still went to see some others in the area. Then I knew for sure the condo that I wanted to purchase. The next decision was picking the correct location in the building as I will be moving in there eventually so meant I had to be happy with my selection.
We went through the process of elimination and eventually came out with the correct decision for me and my needs. Nelson was very helpful in helping me decide on which suite to pick and ultimately leaving it up to me after laying out all the pros and cons.This is my first real estate purchase, I had a good vibe from him from the beginning and I am very happy with Nelson’s expertise and my first real estate experience! I would say rate Nelson a 10/10 and would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent !
